A Glimpse into the History

TSG Hoffenheim has made an impressive journey from an amateur club to a regular Bundesliga contender. Founded in 1899, the club played in the lower leagues for many years until benefactor Dietmar Hopp played a key role in advancing the club’s development in the 1990s. In 2008, Hoffenheim achieved promotion to the Bundesliga, where they quickly made a name for themselves with attacking football and talents like Vedad Ibišević.

Today, Hoffenheim is an established Bundesliga club, having reached the Champions League for the first time in the 2017/18 season with a third-place finish. The club is known for its strong youth development, modern structures, and the PreZero Arena – a model club representing ambitious, innovative football.

PreZero Arena

The PreZero Arena, opened in 2009, is the impressive home stadium of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. With a capacity of around 30,000 spectators, the arena offers modern infrastructure and excellent sightlines, making it ideal for both football matches and other events.

The stadium's innovative architecture, including the transparent roof design, creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to Bundesliga matches, the PreZero Arena also hosts concerts and other events, providing visitors with an exceptional experience.
