You will find the delivery time of your personalised tickets both in the description of your item and in your order confirmation. As every event organiser has individual delivery times, we cannot make a general statement that applies to all tickets purchased.

The question of whether VIP tickets are sent insured also depends on the organiser. SPORTFIVE organises the procurement of the tickets, the shipping is in the hands of the organisers. The payment options depend on the respective organiser. The payment options offered can be found in the description of the item (in the centre below the item description) and in the ‘Payment’ step in the shopping cart. The usual payment options are credit card (Mastercard, VISA), PayPal and instant bank transfer. Payment with American Express is not possible. Selected events can also be booked on account. In some cases, payment on account is only permitted up to approx. 3 weeks before the event.
